This is a quote from a woman on the zx14.net site
"Well the hubby and I went and met with the Kawi guys last night. They were from technical services and wanted to know what was wrong with the bike or things we would like different about the bike. It was just us and one other zx14 owner.
I told them about this site and they looked it up.
Told them about the heat and the brake light/lever issue that they said just needs a file to fix. Told them it would be nice if the bike had some storage at least enough to carry rain gear, etc. Said we would like to have a little more power down low on the bike. Few more things here and there.
They gave all of us Kawi watches for attending 2 each. Too bad they were mens watches but this way my son got a nice new watch.
The one guy Randy Davis from tech services told us if we need to contact him about any issues to please feel free. Very nice people."

Hey I met that girl. I was at the same meeting and may I add Randy and the 2 Japanese engineers seemed concerned about the issues she had. Funny how small the world is. She was there with her husband and me. I let them talk about the ZX-14 from a performance point of view. I took what I knew best Touring and I made that point very clear. We will see what comes of this meeting.
