problem is that only has a _chance_ of doing any good if people know about that (that kinda law is easily forgotten until needed), plus i really don't know if it would help anyway. i mean, if some stunter (or whatever0 knew this particular run was gonna kill someone, they unquestionably wouldn't do it right? but they do cause when we do this kinda shit we bet that nothing will happen and usually we're right. besides, life for racing resulting in unintentional death fetches life, but 2nd degree murder will fetch on average what... 15 years (guess)? doesnt add up to me. if we go harsh on street racing, then other sectors have gotta toughen up too (which they should imho). then u get into the issue of the expense of keeping people incarcerated.

only if we recycle the heat generated to produce clean power... and the fuel used to start the fire is garbage or another recycled material. on won't somebody please think of the children?!?
