Reading your owner's manual?

Just wondering ! Try page 126 Kawasaki Clean Air System ( KCA ). There is no Kleen air system. Kleen refers to the muffler/catalytic converter. If you don't have those you don't have Kleen.

This has changed with the 14 then, because every Kawasaki sportbike I have worked on or looked at since the early '90s has had the Kleen Air reed valve setup on it.

Are you saying that the 14 doesn't have a catalytic converter or muffler?

This one ... the 14 ...does too.

Yeah mine used to have catalytic converter in the ends of the original mufflers. Weigh a ton but now they are replaced with Ti Force slip ons which weigh almost nothing.
