Thanks Doug for the write-up, it was good.
I went to Bonneville last year for Speed Week to spectate and learn what I could with hopes of running there this year. Seemed like a natural progression since I've been running at Maxton the last 4 or 5 years.
I came away with a whole different perspective and the utmost respect for the racers out there. Needless to say, I didn't run there this year and may very well never in the future.
But.......I'll be back to Maxton next month and probably at the Texas Mile in October.
The Salt is a different (and tough) world.
