Took me 1hr 35 min. to go 25 miles I was on my bicycle, hit 29.8 for top speed! trying to lose some weight so I can keep up with smokin! I'm down to 204 in my undies, started at 216. Been 4 weeks so not to bad. want to hit around 190.

Have a couple buddies with cannondales,I have a specialized, with carbon forks and seatpost. Thanks swft i get there changed my diet as well.

Glad to hear that I'm not the only one. The wife put us on a diet this weekend. She really seems serious about it too. At 251 I guess it's about time. If I could drop 35 lbs the bike might quit grunting every time I get on it.

I can't take credit for being a fitness maniac, I'm not even close. But after I quit smoking a few years ago I exploded, bike has kept that in check for me. I'm 6'2" and scrawny now. It'll work for you too, good luck with that and pedal hard!

Well it took me 7 hours to do around 50 miles --- and I used a whole tank of fuel !!!
That was 10 top speed runs in a day down the 2 mile runway at Woodbridge plus returns via the perimeter road. LOL

Well we don't have a beach or much for boating without a couple hour drive, but we have miles of bicycle trails. suppose that's why they choose that here. see your are starting to worry me know your talking about my dick LOL.

Hey I know that guy! Eric "8ball" Cook, he is one big dude,
just think how much motor they had to build for him
He won Div. 4 last year and got to go to compete at Pomona Finals
Thats awesome he won the division, and he certainly wasn't worried about losing a few pounds.... I can almost hear him hollering at his tuner saying "more horsepower please!"
