Hear Ye! Hear Ye! Hear Ye!

Wassup Fellas?! My name is Q and I am new to the scene. Well, I have actually been monitoring the site for quite sometime now. I have the C.B. 14 (1800 miles) and I am simply in love with it. I have not done anything special to it except remove the Batman looking Mudflap and relocated the License plate on a bracket where the stock exhaust is bolted on. I ordered a Muzzy 4-2-1 with a Power Comm WEEKS ago............and Muzzy stated that they are 1 WEEK away from the next batch. Very Excited about it! Tired of riding quite! But anyway guys...........I am in Moncks Corner, South Carolina............and looking for other Busa Killas out there in South Carolina or near by............like the ATL. Spend lots of time down there. If so.....give me a Shout Back.............and see if we can plan a lil sumt'n sumt'n! FASHO!!!!

With the recent partnership formed between KHI and Honda, that would be the new Blackbird replacement,. Basically the same as a ZX-14 but with better fit of the panels and weaker engine internals.
Is this how Internet rumors get started???

Shhh!!

17A used to be a great road to go hang it out with friends. Not much traffic. I used to head back to the parent's place in Greensboro every couple of weekends or so... 52 to 101 to 220 bypass.

WOW!!!!! Yes......It is actually a CTBZX14. Bushey Park is not far off Hwy 52..............kinda in between Goose Creek and Moncks Corner. We have some pretty nice roads around here to do some testing. There is actually a very nice country road between a place called St. Stephens and Manning.......................it is a four lane hwy, in which 2.5 miles are suspended off of the ground about 12 feet......................no worries about Deers and shit...................and if u c a hwy patrol...........he's prob sleep'n!!!

Gotta quick question............i have seen some talk about removing the Flies..............so do u all recommend this or not?! What are the pros and cons?! Thanks for ur replies!!!!!

There are many threads on the flies.... I suggest you read some of the recent ones... TO sum it up... Great mod to do... you really SHOULD have a Power Commander to richen up the low end or it will run way lean... At this point we are not aware of anyone having a PC map for stock with no flies.... That should about cover the main ideas... you can get the rest on the threads and make up your own mind!!!! C HALL #3116

I had my worse motorcycle wreck at Bushey Park. Buick station wagon turned in front of me on my 1984 GPZ900R. Don't know how fast I was going. No memory for about 1/2 hour before or at least three weeks after. I hit the buick hard enough to knock the motor off it's mounts and push it back into the firewall. Snapped the spindle off the a-frame and laid the tire back along the driver's door. I flew 170 feet through the air after that initial impact before hitting cars parked along the side of the road. I went over seven of them before landing between the seventh and the eighth. Came out of the coma two weeks later, but still had no short term memory. Lotsa stuff busted on my left side, as well as a fractured skull. I was walking again in a few months, and was out of the last cast in about four.

lucky14 - Do you have a photo of the Blackbird 1400 ? I would like to take a look. Maybe a web search might turn it up.
