Corbin hardbags installed

I installed Corbins hardbags that I picked up at there factory on thursday. Install was very easy done in about 30 minutes and more then half of that was admiring time. Brackets are out of the way and to remove the bags after takes about 1 minute per side. Bag quality is excellent and looks like part of the bike, I took bike to 145 and no handling changes, bike feels as steady as ever. I live in the Sierra foothills and great roads are everywhere,
at first I noticed a small weight change in rear but after about 10 minutes that all went away.
They designed these to fit very tight to bikes center line. I'm very pleased with the bags and would highly recommend them.
Bike equipment: Passion Red, rear seat cowling(comes with) Kuryakan grips,Corbin dual canyon seat-Corbin Hardbags,Kawasaki centerstand, engage sport tank bag ,Heli risers, and as soon as released Corbins peg lowering kit for factory exhaust .
Sorry no pictures they are coming.

"As soon as released?" What do you know about the peg lowering kits that the website doesn't say? Are they advertising these, but not actually making any yet?

i like the bags but 1600 dollars. They must open buy themselves and add hp to the bike. Oh well nothing else is cheap for this bike. I dont know with a taller shield, and handlebar risers you have a sports tourer.I wonder if kaw does come out with the GT what kind of bags will it have.

Ya I can't see 1600 for bags either, My 90 dollar spft bags work just fine and I can replace them every year for 16 years and still be under the price of the corbins and they fit on almost any bike.

I was looking at the Nelson Riggs bags in a catalog the other day (bought a rainsuit for my brother and it came with a full-line catalog). I had no idea they had such a variety of bags. Most places only carry Nelson Rigg bike covers and rain suits... not their luggage.

I'm getting a steal on a set of Cortech Sport Saddlebags and the top bag. Only used on one trip... all 3 pieces for $70. Can't beat that deal!

(Oh - got your check yesterday, Bently. Thanks!)

I have to say I love my Corbin bags. $1600 is a bit outrageous but no one else makes a comparable product. The way they look on the bike is just amazing and I think they are a lot more useful that soft bags. I'm going to buy the Corbin seat next before I make a trip around Arkansas.
