Just as another testimony of Brock's great customer service...
When I first bought my bike (Oct. '08), within 3 days I ordered a BMC race filter, power commander, brock's Gen3 w/ ceramic coating, etc.
3 weeks later I was getting kind of frustrated because I hadn't heard anything and a few days prior I was told it was to be shipping in the next day or so. So I called to Brocks and made a complaint about it - letting them know that I needed the parts for a race which was that weekend (this day was a Wednesday). The lady took my name and number, told me she would talk with Brock and call me right back.
Needless to say, she called me back less than a half hour later, told me that my pipe and all of my gear would be shipping that day. She said that she was not going to make any profit on the gear because of how outraged she was that my pipe had been laying in their shop for a couple days and I had received no updates. She then proceeded to tell me that she was going to overnight the equipment to me at no charge, and I was ecstatic. As I was thanking her and getting ready to hang up, she said she would also be dropping a few HUNDRED dollars off my bill and refunding my freight I was originally charged.
I damn near dropped the phone.
It came in next-day, and works like a champ.
