ZZr1400 to the alps and back

Just got back from a week travelling from the UK through France , Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and back through France, 2200 miles of great roads, mountain passes ( up to 2400 metres ) best roads were the susten pass in Switzerland ( Meringen to Wassen ) and N500 in Germany. Bike performed great only slight gripe was the pickup from slow bends in anything but 1st gear, 2nd too slow. It is not quick under 4k revs but great above that and ballistic above 7k revs. Some muppet complained about this in 5th or 6th, no problem as you should be using the gears ( 5th and 6th motorways and very high speed only ) but it is still a problem from low speed. Any thoughts on this, don't fancy doing the mod suggested on the valves myself.

Just ordered the Titaneum, coloured cans from Blueflame, will look great against the candy blue.

TRE, PC3, and get it mapped on a dyno.
Almost the same as removing the throttle plates, with better idle and low end drivability.
