Crankcase ventilation system. If you want to stop it, you can put a fuel filter inline with the air hoses to trap the oil, or set up a catch can system.
Most bikes do it, some are worse than others.

well that should not be a problem ... I did you ever pull the filter when it had no miles?? If so was it oily then? Maybe it got some oil on it while it was at the factory being put together.. I would look in the air box ( frame) and see if there is oil standing in the box.... If so i think i would inform the dealer asap...

The PCV system gets oil on the filter, don't worry about it. Every bike does this from time to time. A fuel filter in the air lines will stop it, like I already said.

you may have a line
vacuum
vent
etc
thats pinched not allowing your crankcase to breathe properly
no less can cause fuel & oil consumption
problems
worse case poppin a gasket
find it
cure the problem
good luck

The bike was most likely over filled with oil. It could have been prepped by the dealer that way. Have you done an oil change yet?
When you change your oil and filter, take extra care not to over fill the engine. High speed / RPM runs with hard decelleration can cause the extra oil to be sucked right up into the airbox and saturate the filter. It's not uncommon. For motorcycles with site windows, it's best to run the oil level below the middle of the window. About 1/3 the way up the window is plenty of oil for the motor.
