Crashed ZX-14 on Ebay Just got off the Ebay site , and seen a crashed ZX-14 up for auction. The bike looks pretty bang up in the front but the engine has only 500 miles on it. Other than the front of it . It should be a good project bike. Kinda new at this so I did not get the pictures off of ebay but I have a item number and a phone number. Item# 4649502231 Phone# 206-229-4174. Did not see a name to ask for. When going on ebay just but in the item number and everything should come up. The auction has eight more days and the bid is at 4000.00

Looks like it maybe a scam ...The same bike is for sale for 3850 on wrecked bikes .com and that the complete bike ..The ebay deal is for the engine only ......

$4k for the motor wouldn't be too bad of a deal, considering you have all the other stuff with it.

The seller on Ebay may well be planning to score the machine on wreckedbikes and resell the engine only, keeping everything else and making a couple of $$$ profit to boot.

if it was legit on wreck bikes. com it would be a good deal. The motor along is worth more than that. The bike is definitly repairable. You have to keep your eyes open for scammers these days.
