"real" HID? like with a ballast etc, or "faux" HID with tungsten bulbs painted blue?

I was running the HID in the 10 as well (dunno if you remember Sept 04 fish when we did that 636 ride) - us bats need all we can get.
And - a coupla guys installed real HID systems on their 14's already.

Go to Ebay... That's where I got mine from... Do a search on " HID H11 6000k, and HID H9 6000k. They were around $240 each of them.

Here's the ZX14 done with HID's on all 4 beams and Xenon's on the 2 outside running lights, expensive mod to do all 4, but this bike will never not be seen from any distance and visibility is outstanding...

It's a C5 (02)...my wife's...if I behave, she lets me wash and wax it once in a while...LOL
I had always planned to put those lights on from day one when I ordered the bike...I figure I want to be seen from a distance so they move the fuck outta the way...and it works!
