Ducati Unveils Desmosedici RR
By Dirck J. Edge

Ducati introduced details of its Desmosedici RR production machine -- a machine based closely on the MotoGP weapon campaigned by Ducati. Simply put, Ducati claims this will be the highest performance production motorcycle available. Expect it to go on sale in July, 2007. You can reserve your Desmosedici RR at your Ducati dealer now (if you have plenty of disposable income).....

Nice bike but the riding position makes me hurt just looking at it. If I rode that thing for two hours you would have to prey me off with a crow bar. Thankfully the zx14 is comfortable, and quick. I actually just sold a Duc to buy the 14 (s4r), I'm a inline 4 kinda guy when it comes to quick, and v-twin when it comes to crusing. I bet that bike will be 40-50k. Ouch that hurts.

Oh Yea! This is one hell of a cool bike. They have been working on this for over two years. It is as close to a Moto GP bike for the street as you can get. $80,000.00 + should keep it exclusive!

How much would it cost Kawasaki to make the 10R 'over' 200hp? Add ons or redesign?
How much lighter if any than the 10R? Weight NA?
