Brocks Pipes are in.... yeah!

Brocks 1st run of pipes arrived today.
He would have shipped mine out today if it wasn't for the Visa fraud protection guys.
They would not approve the purchase because the account was being used in Germany too !??

Damn.
I knew the wife was burnin plastic in Germany last 2 weeks.
Whew.... thought she burned the platnum card up!

Brock run the visa again... I called them... all is well!

The fun begins, limiter strap, pc3, and street meg system!

Had a chat with Brock too!
Great down to earth , standup guy!

I also ordered the LSL offset clip ons from Spiegler today.
Hopefully i will have all bolted up next week!
Stay tuned for pics, and review!

Brrraaaap! braaap!

Oh BTW ... Drowland:
He said the pipes were still hot as hindle was boxing them up!
Told ya bro... He wants to sell em as bad as we want em!

Dubious, the pipes worked out really well on the 10R after the Dyno tuning yesterday...Brock was right about one thing in particular...he said that the bike would run smoother once the pipes were on as opposed to the factory pipes...Gawd damn...man, he was 100% right...no engine vibration now...smooth....very smooth, almost like the 14...and makes a total of 15RWHP more than the stock pipe...which is very nice indeed...I doubt you'll ever see 25HP gains...but you'll make a good 15-18 for sure on the 14. Let us all know how it worked out...I want to do the same. Make sure you get a few baseline runs before you install, then go back to the Dyno same day and run it again...you should see about 180 or so...use the same gas both times...we used tire pressure of 38...tried 30 but that robbed us of 2HP, dont use anything over 91 octane, tried it with 94 and 91. 91 ran higher HP...

uhhh.
No dyno here dude, and my shop is my garage.
I do my own wrenching.
Might get some dyno time later this summer, sooner if the fueling isn't right.

Gotta find another place with a dyno , as the DEALER who did NOT honor my first (paid in full... but not full retail )deal on a zx14 WAS to be my dynoshop of choice.

Well, thats another story.....
Any way I might have to take the bike to Calgary to dyno.... 700 km away!

You will not get proper mapping and powerband without a dyno...huge diff with or without it...

If you get Brock's pipe, with Brock's map, you will be fine. He did a lot of work and testing on it. I took my 10 to dyno jet with brocks pipe and map and Dusty said after he dynoed it that it was 99% and did not do any tuning. So you'll be fine. When I get my pipe and PC, I will have it dynoed just to know what I get but that's it...............

Good .
Let me know if the mapping is good.
If you changed it I will pay u to get a copy of the map.
Then I can try both, and use the one I like!

It should be good though!
Thats why i bought his pipe because I do not have the convenience, nor want to be bothered tuning @$200 hr on the dyno.
