Using IE7 beta, I can see it's in Flash, but doesn't work...

Sure there is, you must be using MicroShaft's version of Java. It works just fine on my Mac, perhaps if you use something other than Gate's bloat-ware browser you'd have more luck? I hear there are some really good alternative browsers out there for you PC owning guys . . .
That said, although it is informative, missing the presentation isn't the end of the world.

Use a Netscape 8 browser.... IE won't run it.

due to MicroSoft losing a patent infringment suit with Eolas, MS had to change the way flash works. you know have to click on a flash control or movie to get it to start. there are workarounds but i dont have time to implement it now.

I know, we have the same issue on many of our sites for now....and yes, there are workarounds...but like you, we haven't yer had the time to implement either...

What you will notice, new memeber, from watching that screen is that the members of this board can take absolutely nothing, in this case that white screen and turn it into an entire thread. Then the Thread will go off topic,a flame war will begin, someone will post a picture of a hot chick that is not work safe( forgetting to label it NSFW) and then Kawasaki will send Fish a fat check. Oh and then you buy a t-shirt or a hat.
