The PCs are not available for the 14 yet - and yes, the bike does run great
without one.

I think it would look good without the badging, especially on the black!

I want to get rid of the Ninja emblem. What did you do to remove the emblems? Any problems?

Heat gun at a safe distance should work....then some WD40 or kerosene to remove the leftover glue residue...

I was thinking of doing this to mine, but my bike is blue. I sat and stared at the picture and it looks like if you take the emblems off, it would draw your eyes to all the screws on the bike. Maybe replace all the screws with the black anodized ones...then it would be totally blacked out...just a thought

I have used a heat gun in the past ....... but this time just a hair dryer.

WD40 is the safest so you dont remove the finish on the ZX 14 emblem,
if your gonna keep those.

I personally had any lettering/wording of any kind. Kawasawki is not paying you to advertise for them... are they? Remove them all and you'll have a great looking mysterious bike.

PS I think it looks great with the ninja removed.
The zx matches the Kawi logo perfectly ......... the ninja one looks like an animated print.

Good work.

I don't see it as advertising. I left my badges on. I don't take the badges of any of my cars either. A debadged vehicle (car or bike) could signal a paint job which could signal a prior crash.

I think that's the only downside to taking off the emblems, many people may assume the bike has been down.. I debadged my black 10r(except for the tank which could not be removed), and I loved the look!

I'll tell ya ..... as for the rest of the emblems, I kinda like the Kawasaki on the lower,
its like the signature for the 14. But if I leave that one on there - then the ZX on the
tail needs to stay, I guess its all or none - or, just stop with the "Ninja" !

Thanks! I was cheap at the time, and just gutted, sanded, painted the stock can with high temp paint. That alloy can that came on the 10 didn't match much of the bike
14 will get a full system

No emblems look nice but its starting to set a trend, must break the mold (AGAIN!) I am leaving mine on, i love pulling up to some one and having them read ZX14 on the rear cowel, it has a presence and if anyone knows what the 14 is they cant believe there is one in town. Its the "Hey this bike is faster than the new bagautti supercar" bike!!

I took off all the rear and left just the front. They peal off so easy and I just used a little silicone spray on a rag. Also removed both swing arm labels.

I removed all but the "ZX-14" on the back and am debating removing them, too. I just think it looks cleaner and more mature without the emblems!

I remove all the frilly goodies on all my bikes. On the 14, I had a slight problem.
I don't know if I got the heat gun too close or if it's Kwaks finish. You can see partial outlines where the zx-14 was on the right side. On the left side, there's just a blobby? area. You have to look at it at the right angle to see the defects, but they're there.

I guess I'm going to have to cut and buff this one.
