The stock 17 tooth ZX11D countershaft sprocket was a great fit on the ZX12R. Should work with the 14 as well...

I've never changed a countershaft sprocket, is it difficult? Do you need to use a puller, or does it slide off with gentle persuasion?

No puller needed. Just put the tranny in neutral, have someone stand on the rear brake (sometimes optional), and hit the nut with an impact.

If you don't have an impact, a big cheater bar should do it...

No problem with the impact... as long as I don't need to break out the 3/4 drive
Thanks guys!
