Shifity Question

How do most of you guys shift if you are trying for the lowest time?? Clutch?? pull up on lever then back off throttle for a millisecond---what?? I think the pc and the quickshifter are going to be the berries.

Speed shift ... hold it wide open ... just a bit of clutch.... and bang the gear ,,,, I have an air shifter on my bike but i can run the same ETs and MPH with it foot shifting......The air shifter makes it a bit easier at the track because i don't have to get my feet back up on the pegs as fast to make a shift ...
