Gas gauge

Being the techno geek I am (not) I fiddled with the buttons enough to make that obnoxious gas warning go away after it starts. Once any warning ( heat, fuel ect.) start and flash in the center of the LCD screen, you push down the mode (top) button only and hold for 2-3 sec, it will go away and you can have access to the trip or other displays. However it will be replaced by a red warning light at the top left of the screen so if you're A.D.D or A.DH.D. disorder kicks in you won't forget.

Range gauge is off -- with 1/2 gallon exactly in the tank it still says 45 miles left...good fucking thing I didn't trust it...and never got the low fuel indicator either, although there were no bars left on screen. Range changes from one minute to another...KAW needs to learn about this 20 year old "new technology". LOL

Kind of sounds like my truck. One minute that thing says 340 miles, the next, 0. And that could be because I cant keep my foot out of it!
