No it isn't. it's just un restricted and the 2000 Busa does have restrictions. But if ou think they are faster, then i guess they are! NOT!!!!!111

Fish since your the resident authority, is Kawasaki releasing a production bike that exceeds 300 kph? If not then the 99-00 Busa and for that matter 00 12R are faster.

Who gives a SHIT? They are restricted just like my Beemer!
Even a brand new Scrodum will not exceed the 186 MPH! (Those are he International rules) That's just the way it is now. and Suzuki got the advantage when this was passed in 00 (300) kph. I'm sure Kawasaki would have a bunch to say if this was not the case, as their reputation has anything to do with it! They seem to have BALLS that way. IMHO

Rest assured, someone WILL take the limiter off and give the ZX a thourough high speed run. I don't CARE if that makes it "not stock" it will STILL be the fastest production motorcycle being made. Period. I'm quite sure it will eclipse the 194 or 196 that the 1999 Busa was able to do...easily.

I am not so sure, not that it much matters...but I guess time will tell. Busa was pretty slippery and had very low drag coefficient.
