No bikes here or in the Chicago warehouse either. Looks like another line of BS from Kawasaki.

Its funny how a large corporation tries to smooth things over by releasing a few bikes, instead of saying we have a problem lets just bullshit the buyers along, apparently its like some people have stated they just don't care.

I agree. I would like to know if I wil have a bike in a week, a month, or the end of summer. If my dealer does not get a blue bike in first I want to know how long before the second shipment? No one has a clue. How hard is it to tell your customers what is going on?

Don't forget Fish is not wanting to upset any of the sponsers of this site. That would mean no more bike launch invites, no more hanging out with Jay etc.

How Do I know, because I was sitting in the GM's fucking office today when he called them and they said they have no fourteens to release, they also said they receive two days prior notice upon release as they always do, so you see this letter was a total fabrication to buy time for some unkown reason.
I'm at the point that jim fucking 1 don't mean shit to to Kawasaki. as you stated population jimp1, thanks I'm glad to understand how you feel and represent Kawasaki.

1. If you were on a speaker phone.... the person on the other end was full of shit.
2. If he was just repeating to you what they told him, he's full of shit or refer back to #1.
More importantly, who EXACTLY is "them"? KMC in CA? The area's distribution hub?
That "two day notice" raises all kinds of BS red flags. What, the hub doesn't know what they are getting until TWO DAYS before they arrive at the hub? Spare me. The hub doesn't know who is to get what until two days before they load up the crates in the truck? Again... spare me.
Having worked at a Kawi dealer (in parts dept.) and also dealing with "the wait" TWICE (had the first '00 12R and the first '04 10R in the state), I call MAJOR BULLSHIT on the "two day - secret squirrel" thing. One thing I did learn is that calling the hub never told us anything beyond if there were bikes in their warehouse and we never really trusted that either.
I suggest one of the following:
1. Cancel and collect your deposit, then go buy some other bike.
2. Cancel and collect your deposit, then give it to your wife. She'll whine less.
3. Stop calling your dealer. Stop calling KMC and continue to wait for something so special, it will be worth ANY wait.
Calling and bitchin' has never sped up a process that has been around before most here ever rode their first bike. Again, if someone thinks it "sucks", nothing, I repeat, NOTHING is stopping you from going somewhere else. Who ever is "second in line" can only thank you for your impatience.

I'm sorry I worded it like the hub gets two day notice, the dealer gets two day notice before they ship any bikes out to dealer, and what I have stated is true and not Bullshit.
As far as your suggestions, well sorry Red I have my own agenda.
