I'm at the point

If the first bike that comes in is Blue or Red, I will take it over my Black choice.

I'm at the point where I've lost all interest. The conspiracy theories, delays, all that crap...I don't even care anymore. I was planning to pick one up when they first come in (whenever that will be) but I've waited this long already, I might as well wait to see what happens to the hayabugly for 07. I don't have enough time to ride as it is anyway.

I am with you 100% I was wonderding if anyone else felt this way. The excitment of the 14 has really faded away. I, like you, do not care anymore. In fact, my resentment at the way Kawasaki has handled this, I believe, may extend to the bike itself. Every time I would look at that "Kawasaki" name plate, my feeling about the company will come back. Kawasaki, can do their ":any day now" or "in two weeks" for the next year for all I care. I am thinking about the new 127 hp Suzuki M109R with 120 lbs of tq. Going to look at it today. Cool looking bike.

shit man..... pull the trigger.... you seem kind of miserable.
me.... im gonna just chill till my foe -teen arrives...
shyt... if i pull my deposit i know some other "sucker" will be there to scoop up my spot in line.... green tea and a cigar....... usually calms mellows me and allows me to keep things in perspective...

Already made that decision. Black prefered. If I can' t live with the color I get, I'll paint it.
For what it is worth my dealer called yesterday said " next Friday 4/21or Sat."
Go ahead I can take it.

I'm almost (literally) at the same point with my car purchase.

I wont say what car so no one else tries to scoop me.

If you think the ZX-14 thing is bad you should suck it up and be thankful.. the car I'm trying lay my hands on is released, presold and they cant promise delivery at all... MAYBE in 6 months... maybe they say...

Seen a few fuckers on the road in my neighbourhood driving them and they are pissing me off

Oh I get it! KMC found out that the red one was a bad choice so they are holding them so we can get impatient and just buy the 1st bie available! Watch and see if the red ones are the first to go unless you are Jay Leno!!!!!!

hmm...should I speculate? Long delay...hmm...should I presume a Chrysler unit with a SR-T 8 on the badging?....Just guessing, I hear people are having difficulty getting the 300c in SR-T8 form either because of dealer markup or lack of avalablilty..I dont pretend to know for sure, just a wild guess...an SR-T8 anything?...Jeep Grand Cherokee SR-T8?.. New Hyundai perhaps

SRT's suffer from limited availabilty (by design) AND dealer markup (cuz they can) - just like ANY hot new car that the masses want.

It's unfortunate and I'm right there with you. My major reason was that although I'm absolutely sure it's an awesome bike, my initial enthusiasm has cooled enough to make me a little more patient. If it was out when initially expected I know I would have jumped right on it.

It is still high on my list but all the waiting has made the valid period of my 'ready to go' Eloan check expire just this past Tuesday (I almost broke and bought a Ducati Sport Classic 1000 but wisdom got the better of me). I could very easily re-apply and have another check on it's way to me in a day or two but this time has allowed me to mellow a bit and I now feel like it's in my best interest to see what the future holds. I'm also fortunate enough to already have two bikes so unlike some of you more aggravated (rightly so) fellows that sold their scoots and now have nothing to ride I am gonna ride this out.

I'm not a brand loyalist in particular so I dont get caught up in the debates that happen to go back and forth from time to time and if the zx-14 still looks like the way to go once I have a chance to see the 'other' option then I'll still get one, no harm-no foul.

If Suzuki really wanted to mess with Kawi, they'd release a real pic of the "new" Busa within the next week here.

That in conjunction with the current wait would really hurt Kawi - prolly bout as good as the initial press reviews of the 12 did way back when.

Just a though...

My thoughts exactly rudebwoy. I always said I wanted to wait to see how the bikes held up and that I would just buy one at the end of summer, but that was a bunch of crap. I knew I would see it in the showroom and grab it...but that never happened since they still haven't shown up. I'm not hurting anyway, I still have a zx9r.

I can taste it now!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to see one up close, smell the seat and rub my nuts on it, squeeze the levers like you would a sixteen year old virgin's tits, after I start it, I want to hear the engine in my sleep for weeks, I want one in my garage before I die.
