Ya, good luck, when I personally spoke to Kawi Canada in the last 2 days, they said not till end of April in Canada...I believe that before what your dealer told you.

bishop - The "internet" isn't very good at keeping secrets. As a site admin and moderator here, fish has access to your IP address. Armed with that information, he can do a little quick digging to find out lots of things that may or may not be accurate about you...
Let's say that someone sends you an email and you look at the IP information in the email header. You can usually find that person's IP address in the header, as well as their ISP and email host IP address.
For example, if someone's IP address was 69.162.156.xxx, you could find out pretty easily that their ISP was adelphia.net and that their computer is connected to the internet in a particular city in MD. You could also see in that email that their mail server IP was 72.29.68.xxx, and that their mail/web host was dizinc.com / dimenoc.com in Orlando, FL.

I did not know that either, seems a bit scary, "the Internet that is". Hey I talked to Bankston's Kawasaki in Daytona today and he said that they are not scheduled to get anymore for 2-3 weeks, (because they already recieved their first allowance). He also said something interesting, one of the ZX-14's sat for 5 days before it was bought. I guess what I'm saying is the demand here (ZX14.com) is pretty high, I'm thinking there are going to be dealers who are going to have them avalible as soon as they arrive, we may have to look for them. Although he did not specificly say they had sold 2.

Like any new model, once they arrive at dealers, I bet you could find one if you looked. I've got 6 or 7 Kawasaki dealers within a 45 mile drive of my house, so I'm sure there will be at least a couple that aren't already spoken for. Yes, there are lots of us who want one immediately, but my guess is that they will not "XBOX 360" on us (you know... that video game system that STILL is not available in adequate supply... not that I care... even though my brother works for MS and can get the games for much cheaper than retail  )
My "backup" dealer doesn't even have anyone but me on his waiting list. He's a bit "in the sticks" compared to the city around here, so his primary market is watercraft and dirt bikes. Although he does have all 4 colors of 'busa sitting on his showroom floor right now.

Hey savannah is where i found out is where our 14 should come in. Hey do you guys remeber the dealer who was letting people reserved 14 with a thousand dollars down and all they had to pay was 9999 OTD. That mean once their bike arrived ther total would be 8999 to fiance. I spoke to him about a week ago and he said he had like 17 deposits on 14's i wonder how many is he getting> He told me he had some deal with kawi and was getting a large shippment, or is he going to have refund money to a lot of dissapointed customers.
I know dealer get a kick back from suzuki and kawasaki if the move a lot of volume. Oh yeah food for though my dealer told me that dealer cost for a 14 is 9774. Just to let some of you know. Might be helpful in negoitiaing a good deal. I am getting mine for 10,600 OTD. I figure that after freight and prep a 100 dollar profit was fair.

Come on guys my dealership told me that by the end of march and what my dealer said its almost the same as what they told BISHOPZX12 . the diffrence is that insted of two bikes hes getting one they dont know what color i want black so if its not black ill have to wait

I have ordered a muzzy pipe with titanium can, a pcIII usb, and a joe rocket black and white racing jacket. I forgot about the front sprocket but i will order that first think tomorrow

Well My dealer told me that they would be in by the end if the week. Then I hung the phone up, called him right back and he said to months.

Well i guess tomorrow could be pucker time though i don't think it will happen. talked to my dealer today well he calle dme and said he got a call saying that they will have 2 tomorrow. I will not lose any sleep but man it would be a wet dream come true to have my bike tomorrrow

Fella i am in a hurry to get her dynoed. I already have an appointment with my old comrade Doug to get her on the Dyno. I do not know it this eases the pain but he told me that the are making good power and that they are in the 170 to low 180 and the rear wheel as far as power. He has not had one on the dyno yet but lets say a little bird might have told him

180 at the wheel?? In stock trim? Must be one hell of a dynoguy to get 180+ RWHP from 187 at the crank...and that would also make the 14's drivetrain the most efficient in the world....and break the laws of physics too! This I just gotta see...

I agree but what ever it make i am sur ei will be happy and for those days i need a little more i am pretty sure NO2 will help get the itch out. I would be happy with 175 RWHP in total stock trim

My dealer here in Kansas, USA, just called me on my cell today, they spoke with Kawasaki yesterday and the week of April 10 -15th the top dealers will only get 1 bike and the name of the dealers will be kept secret so they don't have every other dealer calling wanting to buy the 1 bike and the rest will follow shortly after, I will have mine the week of April 10-15th.
