The guy in the muzzy both at the dealer show said the stock exhaust weighed like 42 pounds. He said the full muzzy ti exhaust weighed 4 pounds. I was told the stock cans are very heavy

I called Dyno Jet the other day and asked when they were going to come out with a PCIII for the zx14 and the guy said they havent got there hands on one yet so maybe a few months. So..ya maybe a custom map. Oh i also went to schnitz warehouse over the weekend and the only thing they had in stock for the 14 was a fan and a oil filter...

i can't help but think the 4 pound full system weight is an error. i beleive the lightest cans (TI ro carbon) run 3 to 4 pounds don't they? doubt you're getting headers and midpipe AND can all in 4 lbs.

Yeah...4 lbs just sounds too light to me. 10lbs I could easily believe. 4lbs only if there is absolutely nothing in that can.

UUUUMMMMM, NO!
The ignitor box that you speak of was a pc3 usb for a zx10 that they got to work.
And here's the link to the map you speak of for full muzzy and mr9 fuel

I would guess a full Ti exhaust with carbon can would be around 7-8 lbs or so. I know my Ti Muzzy with carbon can weighs more than 4 lbs. It is light but not that light..

It breaks down after a ton of miles and is not recommended for certain bikes...but I don't think the zx14 as an i4 will be one of them.

I have had my Muzzy with Carbon Fiber can for probably 5 years or so. Repacked it one time so far, repaired a hole in the back side from rubbing through from being lowered too far. Other than that its held up very very well..

The Muzzy Ti systems usually weigh about 7-8 pounds. The stainless sysytems weigh about 12 pounds.
