Reminds me of the sceen in "Apocolypse Now" where Martin Sheene has arrived at the last US outpost on the ? river...it's nighttime, the sky is illuminated with fireworks...and MS is looking around and finds this guy whose smoking pot (and I think a Jimi Hendrix tune playin)...and MS asked the guy "whose in charge here, soldier?". And the soldier replies "ain't you?"
