Any new specs for the zx-14?

Any new specs for the new beast.
HP?, weight, seat height ?
Put a down payment on a black one.
Will get to see the pre pro next week at Edmonton bike show.
I will take lots of pictures. and will bring a measuring tape.
If they let me, I'll bring some scales too!!

For sure I will compare!
Before looking at the ZX-14, it already wins IMO.
It is not 7 yrs old!!!
Radial calipers and master cylinders, projector headlights, more HP and more torque!
$ 1500 more for the ZX14 OTD compared to an 06 Busa!

Now I am leary of what 07 will bring from suzuki!

Hopefully the 07 busa is 20lb lighter, and 175 rwhp, that would make it 30lbs heavier than the zx14, and short 15rwhp from the zx14.
I will have made the right decision !

BTW I was comparing 06 models.
06 vs 06 the zx-14 apppears to be the better deal.

Can't confirm this on anywhere else but on Finnish Kawasaki page it says that front tire is 120/70-17 and back 190/55-17! So it looks like that they've gone to the same as new ZX10R. And that higher profile back should give better cornering than 190/50 or 200/50! Hope that they'll be offering tires in that size too as fast as possible. And it will also be a good news to us ZX12 riders too!

The tire size on US show bikes is 190/50ZR17. Below is picture taken be Zermatt at the Ft.Worth, Texas show. It looks like all other pictures from around the world show the same model/size of tire.

Thanks... don't want to start a big fuss.

I'm glad someone else got some use out of that close-up... seems like there was no good confirmation of the actual tire size when I went to the show in November, so that was one of my goals... a nice close-up of the size so we'd know once and for all.

Now if Michelin would only reduce their HUGE price jump from the 180 to the 190.

I did see someone's reaction to them before. It was not fair. You just tried to share the pics with everyone else.

Yeap, there is a big jump from 180 to 190 on the Pilot Power. I have been riding Michelins since the TX15/TX25 era (front/rear) in my 11. Then I switched to the Macadams. First 90's, then 100's. They did not seem to be bothered by my aggressive riding. For this reason, now I ride the Pilot Road. I think that they will do well on ZX14 as well. In addition to lasting longer, there is not such big price jump from 180 to 190.

The ZX14 will probably have 196 bhp at the crank.. which after you subtract 12% for drive train loss it 172.4 horsepower at the wheel.. IMHO

I agree it is but to continue:

200bhp at the crank is 175 hp
205 bhp at the crank is 180.4 h.p.
210bhp at the crank 184.8 horsepower
