I was also offering "input" the other day at KMC about Grab Rails. Personally, I really liked this feature on the ZRX11/1200. I hated that the ZX12 did not have them. I could definetly see having a set of hard bags on this bike.

Lane splitting in Cali doesn't matter to me. When I am in Cali I am trying to stay on 2 lane roads.
Trying is the key word, LOL.

When traffic is stopped, we lane split on 2 lane roads as well.

You can keep your hardbags and grab rails give me throttle by wire with a simple cruise controll.

Hard bags usually paintred to match and have locks , and keep your stuff dry. Soft needs to be removed to avoid theft and plastic bags keep your stuff dry - hopefully .
