BAJA: PART II

Looks like I'm heading for a route scouting trip Oct 30th thru Nov 8th on the KLR...again, I was invited by the founder of www.multisurfacemotorcycling.com ...the patience of this master and his long-time riding buddy to take an off-road newbie along is very admirable and appreciated...from Tecate to Mulege...what is that, about 1500 miles round-trip?....yeehaw!!!

I hope to have my suspension fully set up by then with the appropriate front and rear springs, as well as proper oil and valve work...most definitely will mount some Dunlop 606s or Kenda 270s, 3mm tubes, and install rim locks...hope we're blessed with great on/off-road conditions and weather.

Am I a lucky newbie or what? ...hey, its tough work, scarey at times, but its the least your interpid DualSportZone moderator can do for you fine folks...I hope to take better pics and include a ride report at its conclusion....its all the way, babeeeee!!!
