...just finished reading Jack Robinson's epic Alaskan 2003 ride (@ ThumperTalk)...inspiring...I wanna go...30+ days on a thumper...if only...I wished I had that kind of time...looks like I'll have to wait till Uoschi retires in 3~4 years (so I can take off more than two weeks) and when I retire (in 9~14 years, depending on how much retirement income I want to scoop up...I'll be 62 by then )...doable, I think ...the ride, not me ...in the meantime, two week 'training rides' are in order

No Problem. A local guy did the trip last year on his Norton. This year he rode it across Canada and back without even a flat tire!!
