I haven't been allowed to ride it (yet) - but I did get a tour around on the back.
The Hayabusa has a TON more personal space than the Concours.
The passenger geometry on the Hayabusa was great....since I won't be handed the keys for a while and will have to be happy sitting on the back - I am looking forward to being comfortable along the ride.

PK was it more passenger friendly than the 14 banana seat? My litre leaner is impossible for passengers and its killing me, might have to put something new in the stable next to it soon for those passenger occasions

I haven't been on the back of the 14 for awhile.
Most of my time on the 14 was riding it.

What I liked about the Busa was feeling like the pilot was withinn reach.
Most sportbikes put the passenger perched up high behind the passenger. Which is great until the pilot leans down out of the passengers reach and the height difference wackes the passenger with a gust of wind that if at speed feels like it could blow you off the bike. Not a comforting feeling.... one of the main reasons I HATE being on the back.
The gap between the Pilot and the Passenger seems smaller on the Busa, which wouldn't work for a passenger that is used to a more aggressive seating position, but I really liked it.
I felt more connected to the Pilot and what was happier on the back of the bike.

I ride my 14 around one all the time, it's a little slower, less HP, brakes suck, but both are ugly.
I'm sure you'll like it.

I am making 195 RWHP. First gear 3/4 throttle and the front wheel starts lifting and and spins the rear enough that it starts walking sideways. This bike is one nasty beast.
Weather you like the bike or not if you have the chance to ride one, do it.
BTW it handles very good for a big bike too.

Bring that thing to my town. I'm not afraid to open this thing up. I've seen the speedo pinned(190 M.P.H.) and still pulling.
So if you think that 10 is that bad I'm here with my check book waiting.

He was referring to road racing Turbo810, and you might want to be careful about challenging him to a road with any amount of curves in it.
I heard he once passed an old lady draggin her knee on her 12R in a corner... guys just ruthless.

uh.... I believe that you're the one who maintains you're the Rossi of the site... claiming to wax Busas, 14's and anything else on two wheels...
in fact you did it ealier in THIS thread..

I'm not sure where you got the impression am I a "god of the two wheels" ... I'm a pretty average rider and make sure that everyone knows that. Don't expect to race me cuz I'll be last. I'm just here to enjoy the ride
All I did was post up that I picked up a new bike...
Perhaps I sense extreme jealousy?
