Grooved pavement warning signs
my city hall refuses tyo install them when they grooved the pavement 2 weeks ago.
they claim they "milled" it, not "grooved" it.
sure looked and felt like grooves to me.

Ya me too. One good way to get through them is to weave back and forth like your scrubing in new tires.
