The run from Ketchikan to Bellingham is a 37 hour trip, and costs the following:

So, let's say I want to take the ferry back from Ketchikan to Bellingham. I want to leave Ketchikan on the 11th of July:
ADULT 12 YEARS OR OLDER $201.00
VEHICLES UP TO 10' $244.00
2 BERTH INSIDE $192.00
4 BERTH FULL FACILITIES $302.00
4 BERTH INSIDE $256.00
4 BERTH WITH SITTINGROOM $332.00
So the math is like this:
$201 + $244 + $192 (you can sleep in the main cabin for no extra charge) = $637.00
Of course you can shave that by $192 by nuking the cabin option.
On the MV Columbia, they have cabins with full facilities, which are $24 more.
