my puter was down for a bit...picked up a virus and had to disable it, reload it, and its still iffy...riding today, but on the 12R...may ride the KLX tomorrow if no rain...still need to get proper dirt boots..can't afford it yet, yet can't afford to get injured either...was 'posed go to Baja end of this month, but I may be in Hawaii for my 30th HS reunion...if I go to Hawaii, I hope to borrow or rent a DP bike there for some local-style rides...slippahs, tank-top, board shorts, bicycle helmet, the works...shaka, brah!

I saw an old Speed vision program, when they actually had good bike stuff on it. It was in Hawaii and they were dualsporting on some mountain.
Apparently there's lots of clay there. They call it Hawaiin Ice. If its like the clay here, it's slipperier than snot when it gets wet.
