New here!!

Hey everybody, I just found the site and also whenever the dealer gets my orange one in I'll have it as my wife got it for me for Christmas, AWESOME!!! I don't care what the specs are as it will be a monster anyway. It should definitely be more fun than my current ride. And I can break it in pretty quick over here in Sicily. I have to have it before the first track day in Feb though.

It's awesome, I currently have a 2001 GSXR 750, but I've been waiting for big green to come up with something and they finally have so I'm getting it thanks to my wife. She put the deposit down through Koups in PA. so whenever they get them in, then mine is the first to be shipped out. Can't wait!!!!!

You in the military, just wondering about the wife ordering bike from a shop in PA and having it shipped.

Yep, I am stationed in Sicily. She pre-ordered it from Koups in Harrisburg.

I was in the Air Force for twenty years, six months and three days. Still feel like a big kid only now I have a lot more money to purchase the toys with. How much longer on your tour to Sicily?

I have at least a year and a half left here unless I extend which is what I want to do. Simply do to the availability of racetracks here and the lack of law enforcement, LOL. Beans, I thought you were up for the moderator on the bikeland.org forum? either way I'll vote for ya since I don't know anybody else.

Cool, my partner in U.K. hits track days with Virgin Yamaha race team. He says those guys are all kinds of helpful, not sure the track he rides though. I would love to get out there and have a ride with you guys. But, I'm afraid I'd never make it home, I have an uncontrollable liking for Latin, Italian and German women. You enjoy the riding, just tell me about it every now and then.

Peace,
JB
