Removing the flies on an 06

I've been reading that removing the flies increases power. Just wondering what is involved in removing the flies and how hard is it.

Very easy to remove the secondary butterflies from the throttle bodies. Remove seat, tank, airbox etc and they just unscrew and remove. Just be sure to use a decent screwdriver that fits nicely as the screws are of the soft head type and can be rounded off very easily! 1 hour to complete.

Kind regards
