can someone tell me on a 2005 zx10r do i go dow on front sprocket to bring the front end up so all i have to do s crack the throttle.

Well, if you feel like that's what you need I'd probably go -1 and +3 from stock since its geared so tall in stock form.

mine did that stock.....with race gearing of -1 and +3 first gear was pointless....I run -1 and +1 on the street and in the mountains and it will loft the front end in 2nd with just a whack of the throttle. Just so you know the bike is bone stock except for a AP slip on and the gearing changes.
