The part you want is 13151-0005

If that shows up as a red x, you can find the part and the diagram at many online parts place (mrcycles.com, ronayers.com, bikebandit.com, etc) and enter that part number. If you look it up by 'fiche slide, it's under "Gear Change Drum/Shift Forks".
The diagram should show it's embedded in the side of the crankcase, with the shift drum butting into it (pin 92043 actuates the switch, be careful, it's got spring 92145 behind it). Its got a 92055-091 (large O-ring) sealing the oil in, this part should be removable without taking a sidecover off (two screws hold it in). I can't verify that right now on my bike.
Before you replace the part, check the connection of the cable - it routes to under the water pump outlet, looks like, by the oil heat exchanger, and check the condition of the cable as it goes back up to the LHS of the radiator into the harness connections up there.
