Leave engine in bike to change head gasket?
Just curious if it's easier or better to pull the engine to swap head gaskets, change and degree cams on these things. Any info appreciated. Torque values wouldn't hurt either. You know how I hate to buy those or use those manuals.

Not sure, but I do know it's not hard to pull a motor.

I think degreeing the cams will be hard with the motor in the frame if anything like the 1k and the frames/tightness looks similar pull the motor.

It's possible to remove the head cylinder and put it back with the engine in the bike. You got to remove the radiator, Fuel tank and throttle body.

i did one with the engine in and also degred the cams, was not bad at all. easier to break head bolts and torque them back.
