170 SAE hp '06 ZX10, Area P pipe, mapping, no flies
Area P exhaust (half system from the header back), PC, TRE, no secondary flies/shaft, cut OEM air filter, 93 pump gas. Squeezed regulator to 48psi fuel pressure. Never cracked the valve cover, stock chain, etc.
Kevin Cadby uber mapping, at Stock, Mild to Wild. Thanks again Kevin.
These motors have amazing potential, can't wait to clean up the head, put in the race intake cam, bump compression. Oh yeah, and spray it.

increasing the fuel pressure will have no effect on a fixed orifice injector woulnt you say? prob only need to do that with larger injectors if they become necessary

After squeezing the regulator, the bike was 2 points rich with OEM map, even with the pipe. After mapping above, duty cycle never went over 60%. We did it to make room for nitrous mapping later, to keep it under 80%.
BTW, just installed the Dynojet hub, I'll be able to switch from NA to nitrous maps on the fly, with the bar mounted switch. Programmable outputs will also trigger nitrous onset (by TPS, RPM) and a shift light. Very handy.

Give me some time to get sick of filling the bottle, will ya Rick?
I'm thinking winter for the turbo, if all goes well this year.

Love my dynojet hub!!!
I have the Muzzy Dry NOS kit on my 2004 ZX-10R and it dyno's around 210hp/ 109trq at the rear wheel on 93octane. Had it setup with DynoJet PC3 and Ignition module with dual mappings with nitrous and without. So the nitrous mapping is much richer above 6500rpm which is the lowest rpm its setup to allow its release, and the timing retards 2 degrees also. I had this setup with the 50HP shot. Its awsome having that insurance behind you!!!!
