What do I look for when setting the map on my power commander
I just got a power commander and it's making a great difference, But I want to make sure I'm getting all I can from it. Currently I only have a Akrapo slip only for now with aftermarket air fitler (K&N). On the power commander website there is no map for that set up. There is one but it's the Euro model set up. The question is can I use that Euro model map and when looking at the chart on the lab top what are the important numbers I should be looking for?

I'm not sure whether the US model is that different from euro ones?? any how if they are the same you will need to blank off the oxygen sensors in the system to give the pc complete control over the fuel mapping, otherwise the ecu reads the O2 sensors under certain conditions and temporarily alters the fuelling. its a straightforward job the worst bit is gettting the mid section plastic off! then ya just unplug the oe con blocks and plug in the new O2 sensor eliminators.. you would need to check this for the US model but for our euro ones this disables the bikes closed loop system and prevents the FI error light illuminating.
