10K Miles
And Area P reports that my farbon ciber 15" Extreme Core muffler does in fact need.....
Nothing!
I sent it in for re-pack and inspection as it's been used/abused for just over 10,000 miles and I really wanted to make sure I didn't harm the farbon ciber if I had any hot spots. That would be a track day at big Willow, canyons all over, Vegass runs, Sacramento run and a coupla car vs bike thangs too.
Guess I'll send it in next year and have em look her over again.
Good stuff, thanks Kerry.

Thanx gang.
We use the best packing material on the planet - Silent Sport Premium - as well as 100% pure carbon fiber with one of the highest temp resins in the industry. We pack/assemble the mufflers with a great amount of care and detail. Not only do these last an incrediable long time, we run them continuously on the dyno without any issues at all.
If it doesn't need to be repacked upon inspection, we're not going to charge you for it. That's a promise. D's muffler still had over 90% of the Silent Sport Premium in place.

FYI - We updated D's muffler when it was here to our new larger, lightweight 2.5" core design while we had it apart . We now have 2.0", 2.25" and 2.5" cores available.
