Did anybody got experience in welding ?

My clutch cover got a little crack just near the place where a little alignement pin (dowell) mke the junction between the motor and the cover. My question are did the clutch cover could be weld ???? I think material it
So anybody try this ?????????????

im not sore but I dont think you can weld that cover unless you have a tig welder, ( may not even be able to weld it with a tig) May just burn a hole in it

That cover is Magnesium and yes it can be welded by someone with a TIG that knows what they're doing. It welds dirty and requires skills. A less skilled welder will have you buying a new cover fast than you can say DAMNIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
