what is the normal practice for buying off the classifieds. paying and shipping?? i don't want to get ripped off!!

paypal.com is the safest way I know as well unless you can get personal information and contact the seller in person. Plus send the money under security. But paypal takes care of that for you and if you do not get you item, file a dipute and they'll refund your money!
