front end rattle on 05 10r A member posted an exellent link on here about stopping the front end rattle/vibration from the headlighlight & screen cowling , now ive got mine stripped I wanted to look and take the sugested tips . but I cant find it .
Anyone know what Im on about Or did I imagine it ?? !!

The noise in my 05' was coming from the whole LCD gauge. I took the two screws that was holding it from the back, and added red loctite on them. The sound dissappeared and reappeared two months later. Its a pain in the ass to take off the windscreen everytime. I'm replacing those two screws with tiny bolts this time. It should'nt loosen-up, I hope. You can verify which part is vibrating simply by bringing the rpm to about 4k steadily. Start grabbing different parts as you keep the rpms up. The culprit part should silence when you grab them. I hope this helps.

Hey, Thanx man. It helped me out. I used felt stick ons from Walmart that cost 83 cents to fill in the gaps. I got rid of all the noise now....
