But about every 3rd or 4th stop it dies as soon as i pull the cluch in. It dont spit and sputter it's like I just turn the key off, damn thing just dies on me. Anybody else haveing this trouble?

It sounds like the side stand switch is intermittent. In other words the bike thinks the side stand is down.

More than likely you just need to adjust your idle up some. I had the same problem with my 05 ZX-10R because I had lowered my idle down to around 800 rpm's, so I raised it up to 1000 rpm's and viola no more shutting off. Be careful adjusting the rpm's because if you do this while the bike is cold then when the engine gets warmer it will lower the rpm's at idle, so wait until you have ridden the bike a good 10-15 min before adjusting it.

Is the "best" fuel leaded race gas?

Oxygenated gas is the best race gas. It will add about 6-8 HP at your rear wheel.

O2 fuel is the only way to go, is there any way it might be the pcIII that is letting it to die?

As soon as I installed the PCIII on my '06 it was doing the same thing, only it was happening after riding hard and then grabbing the clutch/braking. Adjusted the idle and the problem went away (for the past 200 miles anyway).
Good luck.

I was asking, in a roundabout way that went over your head, if he was using leaded race gas. That shit can cause all kinds of lead fouling related idle and cruise issues.

Check that you have a good earth on the PC111 usually the cause of many problems assuming you didn't have the same problem prior to fitting?

mine shut off today at redlight for first time. I adjusted it a week ago cause factory idle was like 1200 ish so i put it at 900 bout. but anyways i was at redlight and gave it a quick slight rev right before light changed and it just shut right off when came back down to try to idle. So guess i'll be puttin that back up at 1200 again.
