Novus 3 is the heaviest scratch remover... I'd start Novus 2 ... we use Novus at work all the time.
novus is easy, use 3, then 2, then 1.... or 2, then 1 (generally) very rare you find a scratch that needs 3. I used it to polis out a scratch in my instrument cluster on my 12R once... worked like a charm

It all depends on how deep the scratches are. Deep scratches need to be wet sanded out first with 2500 grit wet or dry. Then polished out. Start with rubbing compound, that will bring it back to clear, then fine polishing compound. Then use the Meguiars #10 and finally #17. The best results will be achieved using a power buffer with a foam pad. You can get excellent results by hand but it takes elbow grease.
