zx10 exhaust
i have a 05 zx10 and am ready to put on my full akrapovic system and have no instructions. do i need exhaust gaskets? what do i do with the exhaust valve and cables from the stock system?

i took the cable off under the seat. leave the servo on and wire connected under the seat. the computer will fault if you disconnect it. the gaskets should be fine. i dont change my gaskets until about the third time of taking the pipes loose. i never had a problem leaking. use an antisieze compound on the studs. you will be glad down the road. keep the valve and cables just in case you want to do something latter.
