Stock zx10r dyno chart
Just thought i'd post this. Had my 10 dynoed on Saturday morning. Bike is all stock, 2,000 miles. Broken in using the Moto Man method. This was done on a Dynojet 250. 85 degrees ambient temp, very high humidity.
Just for some reference, the lowest stock 10 dynoed at 150 on this same dyno, and the highest was 160.0. I was pretty happy with my number.

OH NO!!!!!!!!!! Eric you spoke the name of the unspeakable one Bad things will befall you I fear You mean you didn't ride the bike like it was from Glass and it had engine parts manufactured in Romainia or some other third world country? Oh my OH my!!!!! To each their own,but personally Eric I break mine in the same way as you My 12R is consistantly out front of the pack and I see no reason this 10 won't do the same THOSE ARE SOME VERY NICE NUMBERS!!!!!!!!!

Hehe....yeah, I was stoked when I saw the 157.6 hp. This was the first bike I had broken in this way. I'm a firm believer this method works. Now granted, I didn't beat the sh*t out of it. I just made it a point to twist the throttle and roll it on hard to 8,000 rpms as soon as I left the dealer. I was constantly up and down to 8,000, loading and unloading the engine. I gradually worked my way up to redline after I did the first oil change at 50 miles.
Just some more FYI, most stock ZX12s i've seen on this same dyno range from around 155-160.

The Moto Man method is a very sore subject with many people. You either (A) hate it and speak out against it and him OR (B) decide it sounds like a good plan and try it for yourself.
There are more than a few people that believe everything they read if it's printed on an official letter head. A guy like Moto Man steps up and says something totally different than what the manufacture says and He's a total fool according to the blind sheep that follow without question. Asking the simple question of (WHY) is what makes this world so great. If people don't ask why then they start to become followers and never lead the pack. I respect Moto Man and see NO problems with his method. I used it on my 12R and it is a VERY strong 12R indeed. It pumped 174 at 500 miles on the clock and has done nothing but get stronger as more miles rolled up. The 174 figure was with pipe and PCIII and NO custom map!! But it was with regular oil and very low miles. I've owned two 12Rs up until recently and the one I spoke of above was head and shoulders stronger than the other. The other was broken in using the factory method and was also piped and tuned custom. It was always lazy feeling to me compared to the one I broke in myself with the Moto Man method. Like Eric has stated above don't go out a flog the thing within an inch of it's life, but instead go out and don't be afraid to rev the bitch up to 8 or 10 grand and let it compression break it'self alot on the way down. Change the Oil more than what the factory says to do in the first few miles and stay clear of synthetic until at least 2000 miles. You'll be rewarded with a strong running motor for you efforts. NOW I sure the followers of the factory method will give the other side or the coin and it will be your decision on what to do. By the Moto Man method can be found at Mototuneusa I think that's the link name.

Yeah, no one on here has the maps for what I am looking for. I am looking for an M4 slip-on high mount map...a jardine RT-1 race baffle bolt-on map...and a muzzy oval slip-on map...anyone have any of these three?
