How in the hell... do you remove the lower mounting screws on the headlights of the 10R?
I might have to put up a pic of the area, but I'm sure someone around here has done it before. The only thing I can find in the service manual is on page 15-13 Frame, the first step on that page says "Remove Studs" and the diagram shows the letter "A" pointing to both of them...

In the 04/05 ZX-10R service manual, in the Frame Chapter 15, Page 13 of that chapter, hence the 15-13 page I am referring to.

Beans - it's not like you are renowned for your mechanical abilities, or your patience when working on bikes. Remember the rear wheel on your 12? Just take it a step at a time, and never forget to have a cold beer close by when working on a bike. The beer is there so you take a break and take the the time to think about the next thing you want to do. I recommend something tasty, like Newcastle Brown Ale. So nutty, you can eat it with a fork.
Dude, don't take it that I want it for free. In the UK trying to buy one of the workshop manuals is really dificult. The dealer network will not sell you one. KHI in the UK will not sell you one. You have to been a friend of a friend of a friend, if you know what I mean.
Now I know you can get them in the U.S. I'll order one.
But seeing as they only ship in the U.S. (so much for a global market) I'll have to get it delivered to a friend and then have them ship it to me.
Any offers? Rubber Pants?
