West Coast Sportbike Riders Overrun Oliver, BC, Canada for 10th Annual SportBike West
 Over 500 bikers spent a weekend or riding, drinking and dining in the small desert town of Oliver, British Columbia, Canada. The extremely successful event, now in its tenth year, drew riders from across the Pacific Northwest of the United States and Canada. Attendance was up from last year, if only slightly. Some attributed this to the scheduling of a new competing rally, "Sportbike Northwest", which took place in Washington state on the same weekend.
SportBike West attendees enjoyed excellent riding conditions on the Okanagan Valley's twisty roads. Only a few minor mishaps occurred, leaving most, if not all satisfied, safe and sound.
Stunt shows, Freestyle MX jumping and an Observed Trials demonstration were only a few of the highlights of the Kawasaki sponsored event. Over half the rooms for next year's 2006 rally are already sold out.

Another great event Owen, congrats to you and the team. Thanks to those of you from the board that I met last weekend, it was great to have people to ride with and hang out with after when all my buddies bailed (other priorities, what could be more important???). Junior, what happened to you??? I was looking forward to meeting your wife.

yeah i had a good time this year as well.

Uh well Foxy , I guess I should have sent a pic so you'd know who to look for , or vice versa , we were at the bar Friday and Saturday night ...... technically I was in the light in front of the liquor store ( after we couldn't see in the dark ) Friday night helping repair the WTA turbo Busa for a while , then back in the bar .
And then there is the whole going up to strangers and asking " Are you Foxylady ?" ( not that I haven't done that before but .....) that almost always gets every one around a bar excited ......  PM an e-mail adress and I'll send a pic for next year .....We're booked at the Southwind already so I haven't as far to carry the girls ( wife and neighbour )

I probably saw you then as I saw the Busa being worked on, I thought Fish or Freek might know you and be able to point you out, otherwise we could have arranged somewhere to meet, but they didn't. Oh well, as you say, there is always next year, I will be there for sure. I'll PM you my e-mail, I am in the group picture above but you can't really see me in it as my helmet is on.
